- Products are freshly prepared and delivered to the customer’s provided location.
- Delivery areas and timelines vary and will be communicated at the time of order.
- Once a product leaves our kitchen, delays due to traffic, weather, or courier issues are beyond our control.

- As our products are perishable, we do not accept returns once an order is delivered.
